Golf

In June 2010 the first golf course in Alta opened at Kvenvikmoen just outside the city centre.

At Alta Golf Park you can play our large 9-hole course with 2-4 different tees at each hole to make it interesting to play an 18-hole round.

There are also training facilities such as driving range, putting field and a 6-hole pay and play course.

You will need a green card to play at the 9-hole course but the rest of the facilities are open for all.

There is equipment for rent and sale in the pro shop inside Kvenvikmoen Hotel, here you can also register at Golfbox and of course buy the green fees.

In addition in 2011 we will have completed a "mini golf" course that will be fun for the whole family and also good for those who would like to practise their putting.

To reserve rooms with greenfee included contact us, you can get rooms from 650,- kr pr person pr night (in double room) and then play golf for free all day.
